Returns & Exchanges

If you aren't satisfied with your ride, you can return your bike within 30 days of delivery. The bike must be in 'like-new' condition with less than 10 miles on the odometer.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our support team to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack the Bike

  Secure the bike in its original packaging including all tools, chargers, and manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule Pickup

  We will arrange a freight pickup from your location at a time that fits your schedule.

• 4.
  Inspection & Refund

  Once inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 business days.
