Do Superhuman Bikes come pre-assembled?
Our bikes arrive 85% assembled. You will need to install the front wheel, handlebars, pedals, and seat. Tools and a comprehensive guide are included in every box.
What is the weight limit for your electric models?
Most of our electric bike models are rated for a maximum rider weight of 300 lbs (136 kg), ensuring structural integrity and motor efficiency.
How long does the battery last on a single charge?
Depending on the terrain and pedal-assist level, our batteries typically provide a range of 40 to 70 miles per charge.
Can I ride my Superhuman Bike in the rain?
Yes, our bikes are IP65 water-resistant. While they can handle rain and splashes, we do not recommend submerging them or using high-pressure power washers.
Do you offer a warranty on the frame?
Every Superhuman Bike comes with a lifetime warranty on the frame and a 2-year limited warranty on electrical components.
Where can I get my bike serviced?
Our bikes use standard components that can be serviced at any professional local bike shop. We also provide technical support via video call.
